DENTAL INSTRUMENTS DRYER

A Better Way to Dry Dental Instruments.

The DryCurve 1000 is an automated dental instruments dryer which will rapidly dry water remaining on instruments after the cleaning process.  By drying water, instrument rust and corrosion will be minimized during the sterilization process.

The drying of dental instruments after cleaning and prior to wrapping, is recommended by industry instrument and sterilizer manufacturers to prevent corrosion.

"Guideline for Infection Control in Dental Healthcare Settings - 2003"

  • Recommends the drying of dental instruments prior to the sterilization process to minimize rust and corrosion.
  • Using automated equipment is safer and more efficient than manual or air drying of wet dental instruments prior to sterilization.

Workplace Safety

The DryCurve 1000 will eliminate the need for manual or air drying of unwrapped or cassette stored dental instruments, making for a safer and more efficient work environment.  Drying time is only 20 minutes.

Benefits

    - Added level of safety for staff
    - Streamline your sterilization process
    - Reduces rust, corrosion and discoloration of dental instruments
    - Increased lifespan of dental instruments
    - Saves time and motion

Rinse with Clean Water and Dry Dental Instruments

After being ultrasonically cleaned, the dental instruments should be rinsed in clean water. Then, dry the dental instruments before packaging with the use of an instrument dryer.
